Extended Sunday Hours

Welcome back, students. We have some exciting news for you.
Based on your requests for longer library hours, the Ronald Williams Library will now be open on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. This is 7 more hours per week that you can visit and use the Library and its services.
We hope this will provide the support you need for continued success at NEIU. As always, your comments and suggestions are welcome.
Extended Hours for Exams

The semester is wrapping up, and the Library is busier than ever. We recognize that you need study space to finish up your projects and prepare for exams, so we are extending our hours April 20 – May 4.
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, Noon – 8 p.m.
Don’t forget you can access many of our materials from home or other off-campus locations. Just start your research at the Library home page, and you will be asked to login with your NetID and password if you want to use one of our online databases or journal subscriptions.
Library Closed Tuesday, February 12
February 11th, 2008 Filed Under Hours
The entire NEIU campus will be closed Tuesday, February 12 in honor of Lincoln’s Birthday. The Library will re-open on Wednesday, February 13 at 8:00 am.
Holiday Break Begins December 21
December 19th, 2007 Filed Under Hours
The Library will close at 4:30 PM on Friday, December 21 and will not open again until 8:00 AM on Wednesday, January 2.
All online resources, including the catalog, full-text journals, and research databases will be available over the break to users. Start at the Library homepage or NEIUport, and login using your NEIU Net ID and password.

March 15th, 2007 Filed Under Hours
Due to work being done by Facilities Management and University Computing, the Library will be closed Sunday, March 18, 2007.
Also, access to the Library databases will not be available from 6:00 am – 5:00 pm.
