Away from your computer and not able to IM the NEIU Library? Try sending us a text/SMS from your cell phone instead. During regular Library hours we will reply immediately, just as we do with instant messaging.
Naturally this service is best suited for short, quick answers to questions that we can respond to in 160-320 characters or less. Text/SMS your questions to (773) 442-2758, and don’t forget to add the NEIU Library SMS number to your address book!
* The service itself is free, but please remember that your cell phone provider may charge you for each text/SMS you send or receive.
RefWorks Workshops every Tuesday

Starting Tuesday, September 15, the Library will offer weekly workshops on RefWorks, the web-based citation management tool. The workshops will be held during activity hour, 1:30 to 2:30, in the 3rd floor classroom of the Ronald Williams Library and are open to the NEIU community.
